1. Mold Quality Assurance Process

The mold quality control system at Hanoi Mould begins at the earliest design stage. We perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, material selection, and feasibility evaluation before any machining process starts.
Each design is reviewed by senior engineers to ensure optimal cooling, injection flow, and ejection systems that deliver consistent plastic parts with perfect finish and dimensional accuracy.

2. Precision Machining and Inspection

During production, our mold quality is guaranteed through high-precision CNC machining, wire-cut EDM, and digital measuring systems. All critical dimensions are checked using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and projector inspection to maintain tolerances within ±0.005 mm.
Every core, cavity, and component is polished, hardened, and verified to meet international standards before assembly.

3. Testing and Validation

Each mold undergoes complete trial runs (T1, T2, and T3) to validate:

* Injection balance and filling

* Cooling efficiency

* Dimensional accuracy of molded parts

* Tool durability and cycle performance
