Mould Manufacturing Equipment and Capabilities

HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED uses CNC machining centers, EDM, wire-cut EDM, a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and injection moulding machines to support mould component machining, assembly, mould trials and project-based moulding in Vietnam.

Equipment matched to each manufacturing step

• CNC machining: cores, cavities, inserts, electrodes, mould plates and mechanism components.
• EDM: deep cavities, narrow slots and areas that cutting tools cannot reach directly.
• Wire-cut EDM: programmed profiles, holes and slots in conductive components.
• Coordinate measuring machine (CMM): dimensional and geometric checks defined by drawings and the agreed measurement plan.
• Injection moulding machines: mould trials, sample evaluation and production within the agreed project scope.

Capability review based on project data

Machine names alone do not determine feasibility. HANOI MOULD reviews part size, material, geometry, tolerance, surface requirements, quantity and inspection scope before confirming a manufacturing or trial plan.

Data required for a capability review

• Editable 3D data and 2D drawings with tolerances, when available.
• Mould steel or plastic resin requirements.
• Surface, assembly and functional requirements.
• Expected quantity, cavity count and delivery plan.
• Required inspection records and acceptance criteria.
