Technical review and DFM
Review available 2D drawings, 3D data or product samples; identify moulding risks; and clarify the mould concept before machining.
Manufacturing and mould trials
Plan component machining, CNC, EDM and wire-cut work, assembly, mechanism checks, mould trials, sample review and agreed correction rounds.
Inspection and handover
Confirm inspection items, sample evaluation criteria, mould operation and the documents or deliverables agreed for the project.
