About HANOI MOULD

HA NOI MOULD TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED, established in 2005 in Hanoi, Vietnam, supports injection mould design and manufacturing, mould trials and correction, and plastic injection moulding. HANOI MOULD reviews each project against the technical data and requirements agreed with the customer before confirming the manufacturing and inspection scope.

Company and project scope

HANOI MOULD works from available 2D drawings and 3D product data. The review considers the resin, expected quantity, surface and dimensional requirements, mould specification, target schedule and delivery destination. The resulting scope is confirmed for each project rather than assumed from a general capability statement.

  • DFM review and injection mould design.
  • CNC, EDM and wire-cut machining of mould components.
  • Mould assembly, trial, correction and handover.
  • Plastic injection moulding according to agreed project requirements.

Project workflow

  1. Technical review: check drawings, 3D data, resin, quantity and quality requirements.
  2. DFM and mould specification: identify items that need clarification and confirm the intended mould structure.
  3. Manufacturing and assembly: machine, inspect and assemble components according to the approved data.
  4. Mould trial and correction: review trial parts against the agreed inspection items and record required corrections.
  5. Handover: prepare the agreed mould, samples and available project documentation.

Equipment and inspection

Manufacturing and inspection resources include CNC, EDM and wire-cut equipment. A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is available for dimensional inspection. Mould-base or component standards such as HASCO, DME or FUTABA can be applied when they are specified in the project requirements.

For an initial project review, customers should provide available 2D drawings or 3D data, resin information, expected quantity, critical dimensions and tolerances, surface requirements, delivery destination and expected schedule. HANOI MOULD will use the supplied data to clarify the technical scope before quotation.
