Engineering workflow

Information that helps us review your project

• 2D drawing, 3D model or a dimensioned product specification
• Plastic resin and grade, including colour or additive requirements
• Expected annual volume and requested cavity count, if defined
• Surface, tolerance, inspection and traceability requirements
• Mould standard, preferred components and hot- or cold-runner scope
• Trial, moulded-part, packaging and delivery destination requirements

If information is not yet available: send what you have and clearly mark the open items. Commercial terms and lead time can only be assessed after sufficient engineering data is available.

What happens after an RFQ is received

1. Scope and file completeness are checked.
2. Engineering reviews part geometry, resin, volume and tooling requirements.
3. Open technical or commercial questions are returned for clarification.
4. A quotation is prepared only when the review scope is sufficiently defined.
