Each plastic injection mold we produce undergoes a detailed, step-by-step verification to guarantee precision, consistency, and ISO 9001-certified quality. From the early design stage to final mold approval, our engineers ensure that every detail meets global standards.

1. Design Review and DFM Validation

Before machining begins, we perform a mold quality inspection of all 3D CAD data and conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis. This ensures that every part design is optimized for molding efficiency, steel strength, and cooling performance.
Our experienced engineers carefully verify mold structure, injection gate type, ejection system, and runner layout.

2. Machining and Dimensional Control

During machining, every mold component is checked using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), micrometers, and digital projectors to maintain tolerances within ±0.005 mm. Precision EDM/WC-EDM and CNC milling guarantee smooth surface finish and perfect fitting for each insert.

3. Assembly and Trial Verification

After machining, our mold quality inspection continues during assembly. Each plate, pin, and guide is inspected for alignment and functionality. The first mold trial (T1) is monitored to ensure plastic flow, cooling balance, and product accuracy. Reports and photos are shared with customers for confirmation.

4. Final Approval and Documentation

Before shipment, every mold passes a final quality inspection checklist and functional test. All measurements, adjustments, and maintenance guidelines are documented and included in the delivery package.
