Packing Process

1. Rust Protection:
   All critical surfaces are carefully cleaned, coated with anti-rust oil, and then wrapped with moisture-proof plastic film. A vacuum-sealed cover is applied to prevent oxidation and corrosion during shipping.

2. Pallet Mounting:
   Every mold is securely fixed onto a custom wooden pallet with forklift slots for easy and safe handling. The pallet base is reinforced to bear the full mold weight, ensuring stability during transportation.

3. Tight Securing:
   The mold is firmly fastened with steel straps and wooden blocks to prevent any movement. Foam padding or wooden wedges are added around the mold to absorb vibration and avoid collision.

4. Sealed Wooden Crate:
   Finally, the entire assembly is enclosed in a solid wooden box, fully covered and nailed shut. Each crate is labeled with mold information, gross weight, center of gravity, and lifting instructions.
